Job Prospects of a non-UK or EU citizen with an RIBA Part 1 qualification?

Is there any chance a Non-UK or Non-EU citizen who is a recent graduate from a UK university with an RIBA Part 1 qualification can find a job in the UK?

I have recently graduated from an MA (Hons) Architecture course, acquired my RIBA Part 1, and moved back to my home country. However, I do hope to find a job in the UK. Has any previous international students who hold an RIBA Part 1 qualification, succeeded in finding a position at an architecture firm in the UK?

Last year I had a part 1 International student who landed a job in London - the min salary threshold for visa is £30,000 (is being paid £32,000) for tier 2 visa - so unless you have previous working experience that may bring you up to higher salary threshold, your best bet may be through your tutor unless your MA has specialist skills that would make you different than other part 2 candidates.  RIBA salary guide suggest part 1 in London high end is £22,000. https://www.ribaappointments.c...

Now that you returned home your chances are slim-

If you had chosen a 5 year MArch Part 1/2 programme in Cardiff, Dundee, Bath and AA, they would have your year out as a Tier 4 visa with sponsorship so does not have to meet the threshold - AA carries year after grad also -
