if the former, there are many options like this one https://oatd.org/. Better to use JSTOR if you are a student with access to their system.

If the latter then you have many more options, although not free, as you say. As a professor I don't recommend using these for your own work. Its pretty obvious when this happens. I have one or two students every year who try to cut and paste their way through school. Quick way to get an F in a class.

Some universities or some countries share it free. I just want to know what is the topic that other countries are interested or how their adviser develop student's idea.

Due to Im studying in Japan, the way that they teach student is more science than art. i I need to calculate and summarize it by graph or static which I think its no need when I work .It seem like I study engineering than architecture.

Im not sure that my university have enough English database for architecture student or not, cause normally Japanese student use CiNii and most of them are Japanese ,  not full text and seems like engineering than architecture I dont want to read only abstract or conclusion cause I want to understand research method and process.

I did my thesis on the humanisation of socialist housing in post socialist cities... I would recommend you pick a topic that is dear to you and that you can work with for at least a year... If you are from Japan, maybe you can look at certain social issues that have become manifest spacially or in the urban environment... Housing/homelessness? Just thinking out loud...
