I live next to the Pinnacle @ Duxton in Singapore. The 50th floor common area is lively all day, every day with every age group using the space in their own way. You have kids playing, couples having picnics and seniors using the paths for exercise all at the same time.
It was one of the precedents for my graduate thesis and now I get to see it every morning from my flat. The best part is, it's 100% public housing.

Hello,
Does anyone know of solid examples that deal with rooftops and other elevated surfaces as activators for public space?
Thanks!
