HI, does post graduate people outside US (for example: from European school such as TU Delft, Bartlett, Sheffield, etc ) have the chance to work in US' architecture firm without having NAAB accredited degree?
You should have no problem finding a job with a non NAAB accredited degree. As I am sure you are aware, the main issue NAAB influences is becoming licensed. However, NCARB offers options beyond the "standard path" to becoming an architect. For example their Broadly Experienced Architect Program allows "architects who do not hold a professional architecture degree from a NAAB-accredited program are eligible to apply for an NCARB Certificate"
Several states allow you to obtain an architecture license through work experience in lieu of an accredited degree. Here is the list of states that currently allow this. However, this is constantly evolving so check with your state specific architecture board.

As I know, foreign people can apply for Education Evaluation Services for Architects (EESA) assessment..
Does it lower the chance on being hired?
