Just curious what a salary/range would look in Bogota for an architectural designer (one of 1000 terms you could use to describe us that practice but aren't registered) with 4-5 years of experience. For a while now I've debated moving down to Colombia, but having graduated from a private US university, my loans have me stuck paying $700/month for the next 10 years which largely limits my hopes of relocating anywhere other than a major US city or something with a similar paygrade. It's a sad prospect that these capitalist-driven universities load us up with debt, which effectively forces us back into the capitalist machine just to merely make ends meet. Pero es lo que hay, no? Any insight would be great!
