I have been working with a spectrum Z510 powder 3D printer for the past several months. On occasion the printer would struggle while booting, often times having a
'2400:0 Axis 0 Rezero' Error
Troubleshooting manuals suggest general cleaning and maintenance to the printer, which has been conducted. The printers internal parts are cleaned, greased, and free of general debris on the rails.
Troubleshooting manuals also suggest there could be an issue with the axis motor or the electrical components of the printer.
When booting, the printhead carriage will run smoothly along the y axis, prepare for motion along the x axis, and immediately give this error before any movement occurs.
