I have many peers who have worked has at magazine publishers specialising in architecture and design to name a few dezeen, blueprint and a few others. It's not something you just go onto a anonymous online board and ask people to chip in to help you build. Do you have any experience running a blog or website? I helped run a website with 1million+ subscribers when I was in my teen years and it was quite difficult, its not something I would lightly do again as a business.
My main concern is how lightly you are taking it by just posting a proposition like this online, if you don't mind me asking. Do you have any experience in design/architecture, do you have the knowledge or resources and how old are you to consider this a viable business?
Ok, I am guilty. I agree with everything what you said, but nobody I know is interested at all so I decided to ask people from the architecture community to see how they breathe. I think it's better than saying: it's impossible.
I predicted it will be difficult, especially getting the visitors on the website, so It would be nice to find somebody with passion for that kind of work. Thats why I asked on this forum.
I work as an architect, 31 years old. I Have a small blog.
What was the thoughest part helping to run a magazine you mentioned?
I didn't run a magazine, it was a website dedicated to animation and a forum, it grew from a few hundred to a few thousand. I quit when it started to gain significant momentum, toughest part was to make enough money every month to pay for the website resources. I have no idea how it is now but the last time I checked everyone is new and even the owner changed.
I know I'm probably the last person that should be saying this but: you're posting under a screen name and providing no information at your qualifications for getting the job done. You're scrapping at the bottom of the barrel. You're either really dumb and looking for an even dumber partner, or just looking for dumb moneybags.

Perotin,
No one with half a brain is going to engage in a commercial venture (ie. a business) as partners, co-owners, etc. with people they don't know who they are and some about them.
Business partnerships are more serious than even hiring a lowly employee. Business partners brings liability with them.
Add to that, you need to have a serious business plan. Conduct a market research.
I'll give you some questions that you need to answer about the magazine....
How is this magazine different or going to be different than other magazines for the architecture field. If you did a market research, you would be aware of several magazines already existent for architecture. A number of them are from Hanley Wood Publishing. Most of them are doing both printed and a digital version of the magazine. On the website for the magazine would often have select articles but you need also a subscription platform. The magazine needs to get money. Such a magazine publishing has two basic options, (as well as a combination,) require a subscription fee or the magazine cost of operation is paid for by advertisements and/or other means in order for the magazine to have no subscription fee.
As you may know, there is only so many 'licensed architects' but you have many others that performs the role of the 'architect' as a business such as building designers / residential designers, design-builders (construction contractors who designs and builds), occassionally engineers, and others.
This takes a great deal of care to keep parties civil in the matters because there are 'political' issues of sorts between licensed architects and unlicensed persons offering such design services. You might as well be aware of those issues.
Aside from that, you need to have a clear idea what the magazine is about, what is being offered in the magazine that is distinctive because in publishing business with a limited scale market, copy catting what others offer with nothing characteristicly definingly unique that you are offering..... don't usually get enough people to subscribe to be self-sufficient.
If you are doing a blog, it might not cost you much... a blog site, maybe a couple mics to and a camera a little bit of software (mic and camera & certain software are optional but means of delivering content).
Then you need to have something that people want. You need something that will get their attention and get a following. All of this takes time but you need to be doing something that people want.

Part II,
Ask yourself, is this 'magazine' offering something that your audience/target market wants or expressed a deep desire.
Also, you need to check if there is or isn't already well established sources already providing those needs. Established sources will always take or hold the market of this niche size group because they already have public awareness in the market sector. They are already known. The people and market knows who they are.
If you are looking for start-up capital, you need to get some of this other stuff sorted out and a detail business plan which is the kind of stuff needed to get people willing to 'back', 'finance', etc. Investors aren't doing this to not make more in return than their original investment. Otherwise, it wouldn't be worth tying up that capital which they could make more in return. After all, they must factor in for inflation so they want to make as much or more buying power 2 years from now as they have today. Since dollars only lower in value and never increase in value over year(s) long duration. Investors are in business after all.
I think you got a lot of work to do before any of us would be seriously considering partnering because people don't partner with people that they don't have their real name to do a little background check. No one partners (unless they are close friends in the first place) with people who don't have a business plan. None of us are going to partner with you without knowing some details about what the magazine is about, what it offers, market research & analysis, etc. You need some level of this at a level that is coherent. You may or may not need market research analysis to Nth degree but you need some level of it that you get a picture of who and what your target subscribers are.
Right now, you don't have jack shit. and you want partners to be willy nilly partnering. People don't do that because that can walk them right into a very bad situation. Hell man, we don't know if you are an illegal drug trafficer with a federal warrant for your arrest. Just saying. Without knowing who you are, we can become liable. If any of us join your partnership of sort, we can become responsible for paying bad debts you may have.
null....I'm game. I have just phased out of one of the Best known magazine in the world. You may have heard of it.."Play Boy." We had the the ultimate hook, until the internet came along and dumped the Nude Body all over the internet. I do have a few other ideas that I would like to explore. Oh ya and just so you know I'm not really interested in being compensated financially. I'm just up for a good venture. If your looking for startup money I would also likely be a good candidate, I have a lot of monopoly money laying around, from some of my other investments. I was one of the early investors in a couple of major players in the computer and internet world. I'm sure you have heard of them as they have become household names. If you want anyone here to qualify my background feel free to contact anyone who has visited this room. I'm sure they would be more than willing to give you a good report on my behalf.
I have offered to work here for free before but no one takes me seriously...sigh
