Any finished exterior wall picture and detailing, or construction methods are highly welcomed.

Thanks.

watch for water infiltration at pour joints and through wall cracks at construction joints. sealing exterior with hydrozo should be a minimum. adding xypex into the concrete mixture might help moisture infiltration also at the micro level. make sure you have a good (and flexible) concrete contractor.

take your time refining the form work. make sure edges of form panels are properly secured, otherwise it will pop up and concrete will ooze out leaving unexpected/unwanted unevenness. select your form material carefully to reflect the effect you want ie; if you want smooth glass like surface, use playwood with thin film on it. arrange the wall ties so they follow some kind of order. make sure your contractor have good understanding of liquidity of the mix and aggrigate content. vibrate well specially under the window openings if you have any. check and double check the forms are properly braced. have extra crew at hand during the pour. these i can remember. it is a very satisfying experience in terms of courage and heroics of architecture, there is nothing like it. there is hardly any remedy if the concrete is cured with mistakes. good luck. check and check and check before the placement of concrete.

what is the cost as to a square footage in your area? Will it charge more than a bronze metal panel?

construction costs can be very relative to the area in which you live/work. in some parts of the u.s., concrete construction is quite common (and cheap), but in others it's hard to even find a contractor to take your project on making costs an issue.

I know. I just want to get a rough idea. It would be interesting to know how much this kind of workwill cost comparing to other methods, even in other area.
