What in your opinion is more vital. Working for a company where you love the work but not able to earn needed IDP and no time to study for the AREs or working for a company that works on boring projects with the ability to earn IDP/time to study for exams
what kind of work do you love that won't count for idp? if you can't find work you like that counts for idp, is getting a license going to be good for you?
Just because one has a license doesn't mean they are stuck in that IDP rut FWIW. Gosh, all the drafting hours as an underling were brutal. Now I love what I do.
