After decades of promise and few results, Los Angeles’ downtown is finally realizing a true renaissance.   With a surge of new development and adaptive re-use projects, residents and businesses are flocking back to our urban core. Will downtown LA live up to the current hype as America’s Best City and still be a downtown for all? Join us as we discuss and debate the potential for our metropolitan center.
