i'm trying to create a region from 2 concentric circles, so when i invoke the region command it asks me to click in an internal point, but clicking b/n the two circles ends up filling up both.
how do i fill just the space between the outline of the smaller circle and the larger one ie to achieve a tube instead of a solid cylinder when the shapes are extruded.

extrude both circles / subtract one from the other / explode the "tube" and erase the regions you don't want.
