Going to be spending some money in the upcoming year on my computer (DP 1.8Hz G5) and the first purchase is going to be for memory. Is it worth getting the name brand performance RAM for a workstation (Mushkin, Ballistix, etc.) or would it just be a waste of money that could be spent on more less expensive RAM via pricewatch or newegg?
