hey.... any tips for converting old powercad files to autocad? i don't know much about powercadd and am trying to find out how to bring their files into autocad without losing the lineweights... any help would be great. thanks!
You have to have the .dwg translator plug-in (I think it's a plug-in, it's some kind of add on..) and it will give you options on what to include. I haven't used powercadd in a while and it was kind of spotty when I used it, but I've heard it's gotten better about reconizing lineweights and text.. other than that, it's pretty straightforward...
What version do you have?
