help....good protector for plywood floors

hello...help

i am using birch plywood floors on a very small area of a project i am working on. i am looking for a good way of protecting the wood so it doesn't look crappy in a short time. any good recommendations would be of great help.
sealers? protectors? a spec?

Gym floor sealant... I think we used McClosky, 3 coats. It does have quite a yellow finish, which most hardcore polyurethanes/varnish seem to have. We have had our plywood floors for about 4 years now, with a dog and they look pretty good.

Varathane Diamond finish. Waterbased and non-yellowing. Very durable and easy to apply and only about 1-2 hours between coats is required.
