what is the best dim sum place in the manhattan chinatown?
I like Sweet and Tart on Mott Street. However for the best dumplings you gotta check out Joe's Shanghai on Pell St.
I don't like greasy things that much... therefore, although I am not a vegetarian, my favorite place is Vegetarian Dim Sum House on Pell street near Bowery.

Hands down - Shanghai Garden on Elizabeth, just south of Canal. Small, Cheap, Wonderful.
