The Cliff Lodge at the base of Snowbird in Utah has a pool & hot tub on the roof deck....nice hotel....really fun to use when it's dumping snow. Designed by FFKR and built by Okland Const. back in the 80's. Try contacting them...who knows, maybe they will be willing to share their plans/ research with you. link
