This is a video I found on YouTube, and I want to know the size of the room. Can anyone estimate it's dimensions/square footage from the video? The dimensions/square footage of the shower stall?
I actually watched some of that. He says 'there' a lot. I could almost guess what region he's from. Also, he said the ceiling tiles are 6x6, so you can count those.
Was the 100 square feet a true estimate? The 6x6 tiles aren't displaying too well on my computer to count. Does anyone know how much square footage was taken to make the shower stall?
What difference does it make - what are you trying to figure out? A bathroom can be as big as you want to make it, obviously. This looks more like something from a spa or high-end health club. It might be 200sf, but can't really tell from this photo.
The photo is from a private 5,300 square foot residence. I was asking out of curiosity, and was wondering how much space would be needed to create various spaces that seem spacious.
@HT22330 - I see. There are a lot of factors that go into making a room feel spacious, not just floor area. Especially for a room like a bathroom that is full of fixtures and specialized spaces the way things are organized makes a big difference. Ceiling heights can have a big effect too, as does lighting and using bright finish materials.
In a 5,300 sf house everything will be spacious and some spaces will just feel empty unless you've got a good interior decorator.

I thought this was one of teeter's virtual rendered designs.

My guess would be 75-80 sf, or 9x8ish

Thanks for the replies by the way.
jitter is probably closer...between 80-100sf would be my guess
Thanks for the answers. What about that can be seen here?
I meant to say "What about the one that can be seen here".

More appropriate question would be "what style is this house?" Most people in this forum know what I meant.

This is a mind blowing question.
How much architecture would be needed to create various architectures that seem architectural?
How much design would be needed to create various designs that seem well designed?
How much building would be needed to create various buildings that seem well built?
How much thinking would be needed to create various thoughts that seem thought out?
How much planning would be required to create various plans that seem well planned?
