First I would like to thank people who answered my question but I am still confused because for me after a PhD I can work in the industry, the problem is will I be able to offer my services as an architect or expert in topic of my PhD which is BIM?
Honestly, what sort of services do you plan to offer? Are you developing new software or just telling people how they can hire someone to do what you think is possible? I gotta think there was something useful in the thesis that contributes to the field instead of simply rehashing existing ideas.

You don't sound like the Phd candidate type. Are you sure you're not just doing this to avoid getting a real job?
PhD's are usually more for those who seek a future in academia.
