uncertainty principle...

any one know any good reading dealing with the notion of the uncertainty principle? Looking for context within the design community...

'uncertainty principle' is really explained thru quantum mechanics. as a principle it was developed there and applying it to the design context (as in architecture), would be too literal and unjust. architecture has taken some concepts too literally, because, sometimes it just sounds good.
'uncertainty principle' sounds great but probably at the end it should be discussed in quantum mechanics.
i believe, said principle in its literal meaning, can be contained in the larger context of 'architectural theories', but it should be coined there first with real/theoratical examples of work. otherwise it sounds like borrowing the words first and then finding a context for it..
but, i will buy it if someone can explain and it makes sense.
sure, 'uncertainity' is and can be explained in many contexts but at the moment, at least for me, 'uncertainity principle' sounds really beautiful and at home with quantum physics.
'design community' should be more careful selecting/borrowing/developing names for its theories.
i might be all wrong and uninformed, but i felt compelled to response like this.
what is the context of your research?
