Austria/Germany/Italy sites to see!!...

Drewsph

So we are planning in May to go to Europe for about 10 days. We are spending the first 4 days in Rome and the remaining time we will be staying in the Northern part of Austria. Anybody that has ever lived/ traveled there have any advice or opinions on what to for sure see/do? Obviously cool Architecture is a must but other social and good eats and what not would be good!! We are for sure going to the following cities so anything nearby or in between would work:

Italy: Rome, Venice
Austria: Vienna, St. Johann-im-Pongau
Germany: Munich

Any other cities that aren't too far would be cool too! Anything!!

BOTS

Munich for the beer halls

Visit Hitler's old local

The best thing though is The Englischer Garten

Ride the standing wave
Swim in the diverted river
Wander naked - yes it is part nudist
Have a beer in the the enormous beer gardens within the park

Also the small matter of the Olympic Park
