Anyone out ther know the size of the main entry / arrival hall at the Lourve? I am just looking to get m2 of the footprint. Measuring above from google earth it looks to be 50meters squared. (This woudl be the sort of number that Pei would stick to!) But i am not certain that that would be the size of the space underneath, which feels bigger than 2500m2. Anyone know? Anyone have access to teh server at Pei's office!?! I would be greatful. Thanks.
Thanks for your help. Actually, this site does not give me the answer I was looking for. Perhaps I need to be more specific than my last post (I thought that was pretty specific, but there were spelling mistakes!) I was asking for the size (m2) of the grand foyer under the pyramid. See the attached photo. link My guess so far is 2500m2, but that seems a little small. Perhaps you could help me with that? Anyone else out there? Thanks!
