Gas pipe sizing - in need of calculations

madesign

I have a residential remodel in plan check with the local municipality, and they are requesting gas pipe sizing calculations on the plans. I'm wondering if anyone out there can recommend a plumber or mechanical engineer in California, preferably in the Bay Area but not essential, who would be able to provide this to us. Again, we don't just need the pipe sizes, but the actual calculations written out so that the plan checker can verify that the pipe sizes are correct.

thanks much--

prior to hiring a plumber or engineer, i would just check the code. i don't know what code you are on in your area but i'm sure there's a
California equivalent to the IRC if it's residential or a California plumbing code if it's commercial. usually the calcs for something like this are very simple. if they are just requesting the existing supply size, you should be able to just check the meter.
