Or urban 'style'? Or urban assumptions? Or urban predilection? Or urban ...?
Speaking of American cities: Chicago is the most 'American,' Boston the most 'European,' LA the most superficial, San Fran the 'hippest,' New Orleans the most 'authentic,' Portland the greenest, and New York the most relevant.
Thoughts? How would one define/associate/classify the rest of the well known American cities?
Or any city in the world? Is Paris the most 'self-important'? Is Glasgow the 'drunkest'? Is Rotterdam the most urban? Is Stockholm the cleanest? Is Rome the 'oldest?' Is Moscow the 'sneakiest?' Is Beijing the most powerful?

i mean, not everything has to be broken down to the nth degree empirically. there's is some value in the banal. i didnt like any of the works that RVDSB put out, but their ideas held some weight. some people identify cocacola with christmas, or vice versa. that is one of the most terrifying and interesting connections, i find. stereotypes can be meaningful or powerful [if not at all for the right reasons]. chill out, this was a light-hearted post. i'll talk about procurement schedules in the next one.
Most US cities are very proud to embrace any kind of unique identity among the sea of downright banal car-centric functionality.
A lot of US cities have made great strides in the past decade or so to rediscover their long forgotten id. List of vacationing destinations is growing, if very slowly.
On to awards...
Most bombed out place during Hitler's US invasion:
-Detroit, Runner-up: St. Louis.
Most deserving of a zombie-Apocalypse film studios: Buffalo, NY.
rs, you're getting the order mixed up. it goes city first, description second.
Miami: the most tan.
Denver, the most 'outdoorsy'.
Seattle, the most new.
etc.etc...
Though, I think one could posit that Detriot is the most evolved. However, it is nearly landlocked. Perhaps it's the most advanced in terms of urban blight.
