Hey guys, due to the lack of information on archinect about the current architects in Mexico i decided it was time to upload something to let you guys know what are we currently doing.
This is probably the most significant project he has, it is a public library built in the past couple of years, i was there 2 days ago and it is such a rich space. It's sad that the 80% of the people i saw were watching youtube videos. Check his webpage, i believe he represents the spirit of our architectural interest as a culture.
Agustin Landa is my studio teacher and has been in the last couple of years. He is currently residing in Monterrey, Mexico where he does the most of his work. Check around all the projects, he practically introduced "modernity" when Monterrey (being an industrial city) began to grow with companies such as Cemex, Vitro, Cerveceria ( Beer company)
Javier Sanchez is currently the leader in design+develop in Mexico City, he has very interesting projects. His early stage is way better and much more rich in design, but still worth to check him out.

so is this kidnapping thing just hysteria or should I think twice about moving?
i rather be an architect and be employed with little risks than live the "american dream" and end up doing something else.
You forgot this one. Yummy.
Also, your last comment about "American Dream" doesn't make much sense.
