Phd vs. Masters vs. Job vs. Own Firm.

Here is the simple topic , I am recently graduated student.
I am confused about future prospectus.
Should I go for Phd or Second Masters or should continue doing a job.
I mean as far as I can see there are 5 ways :
My interest lies on "the things that I would love to do everyday."
Current Scnario :
Job = (+money), (-interest),(-family)
Masters = -(money)(-family)(+interest)
Phd = (+-money)(+-family)(++interest)
Own Firm = (--money,++family,+ineterst);

Easy answer and it seems like you have already answer the question you ask us.
Conflict/Problem: "My interest lies on 'the things that I would love to do everyday.'"
Answer/Solution: do things that you would love to do everyday.
That means #6. do something that brings (+money)(+interest)(+family).
Life is simple don't make it complicated =)
