In response to an RFP issued by the US Department of General Services, the team of Penner & Associates Architects and Rivertech Associates, LLC was awarded this project through a competitive process. Produced as a turn-key development, Penner & Associates Architects worked closely with the US DGS and the FBI to meet their unique programattic, construction and documentation requirements within the developer's bugetary requirements and schedule constraints. P&AA also met the design and regulatory constraints set forth by the URA, the Riverlife task force, the SSLDC and the City of Pittsburgh.
