This project involved design and construction of a new office and warehouse for a growing promotional marketing company. Penner & Associates guided the company through site selection, programming, planning, design, municipal approvals, and construction. The resulting facility, which is based on a premanufactured steel building, includes approximately 12,000 square feet of office area, 12,000 square feet of warehouse area, and 3,000 square feet for an associated business tenant. Special care was taken to allow for future expansion of the facility.
