The project is formed by thirteen apartments, divided into two towers of four levels each. The building´s expression is based on one material in the façade, glass block. Taking advantage of the physical characteristics of this material, different environments were generated  using transparencies and opacity. The spatial conformation is different, responding to users necessities. There are 11 different types of apartments.
