The building is established in a poligonal trapezoid field, as a result of an analysis of the environment we decided to established an orthogonal project with an inclination different from the one of street, that inclination allow us to play whit the facade as an exercise of split volumes, where we induce ventilation from the street (without heavy traffic) and resolve indirect bounce illumination.

Considering the Cuernavaca’s classical green walls, we propouse a vertical garden that is irrigated whith the rain water of the ceiling, which allow us to create a microclimate, that with the central dome help us to keep a comfortable temperature inside of the building. As a response of special needs such as illumination, ventilation and natural views, we propoused a façade at boundaries (more commercial profitable that the typical buildings with just one façade at the front).
The use of passive bioclimatic systems, like water reutilization, septic tanks, etc, Maake the building a volume of intelligent contemporary architecture without the need of domotic systems. We consider that the most importan characteristic of the building is a viable character of low cost and use of common labor force. The prijects are not limited to contemporary technologies, but contemporary ideologies.
