The clients for this project needed the exterior of their home restored. The original Dryvit facade's faulty installation resulted in water leakage around windows and doors, causing them to rot. The Dryvit was replaced with brick after an extensive search to match the existing, while deep overhangs were added to enhance some of the original design's prairie style/ tripartite leanings.
