Acting as a real estate broker, architect, and GC, we rehabbed a 1930’s abandoned grocery store for our first development project. This adaptive reuse and mixed-use commercial space houses the moss studio, an interior designer. We added a partial second-floor residential apartment, complete with solar panels.
