This project was designed and built for Centura Development in Park City, Utah

It is a mixed-use commercial, office, retail and Single Room Occupancy affordable housing. It included both new construction and rennovation of existing structures. The project also utilized reclaimed sustainable materials and included a car wash that incorporated significant recycled water system.

The project was the recipient of the Governor's Quality Growth Award from Envision Utah 2005. A sustainable awards programs in Utah.
