The Cloverleaf project is a renovation to a 1,400 square foot ranch house in Boulder.  As a Boulder architect As One Architecture created a free flowing, modern plan and opened the main living space to views of the park across the street.  As One acted as architect, general contractor, carpenter, and did all the finish wood working, , electrical, mechanical, plumbing, artwork on the project. Corrugated metal panels, illuminated ceiling art panels, and a vibrant paint scheme transformed the house into a modern version of the familiar Boulder ranch style.  Ample day-lighting, passive solar, cotton insulation, non-toxic/low VOC finishes, and recycled materials are some green features of the design.
