This project is located at moderately dense area of Badda. Basement and ground level facilitates parking while rest eight floors serve for apartments. Each level contains four residential units. Property share of the landowner and the developer is distinctly indicated in design by means of strong vertical separation. The projected fins cut down the solar radiation and ensure visual privacy.
Hanging front balconies of one part with varied size creates visual motion towards the bold rectangular part of the structure, generating dialogue between two separate identities.
