Twin Rivers Capital selected David Thompson Studio to design a new building, 14,000sf, to house their headquarters, associated general contracting firm HJB as well as a co-working space called Workspace. The project sits on Ellis Creek within the Charleston city limits and received approval by the Charleston Design Review Board.
