The Skyline Lodge is a historic property with links to Frank Lloyd Wright, originally designed by his student Arthur J. Kelsey. David Thompson Studio assisted the Owner in meeting the requirements for achieving Historic Tax Credits by consultation and documentation throughout design and construction. The studio served as Architect of Record by overseeing all building envelope and exterior improvements and repairs, coordinating new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as food service equipment.
