This project consists of two town houses located in a corner lot near downtown Delray Beach in an area where older duplex and multifamily buildings are being updated, maintaining the existing density.

The project was designed so the units would face 5th street, creating maximum frontage and allowing a balance between garage, front doors and fenestration. Even though these are attached units, this arrangement gives each house its own identity and room.

The units are compact and take advantage of their corner condition, with unique exterior gardens. The small pools are tucked in into the buildings, creating interesting views and bringing the exterior inside.

The material palette inside is kept simple with emphasis on light colors and linear ceiling elements

The exterior composition contrasts  two colors and textures and utilizes planes and volumes to highlight the different elements of the houses.
