The project consists of renovating the 4th floor of the Helen Hall Youth Center to create new classrooms & offices in support of the Lower East Side Youth Opportunity Hub, a program funded by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office's Criminal Justice Investment Initiative to bring services to at-risk young adults ages 13 to 24.
