Beef noodle soup is a Chinese and Taiwanese noodle soup made of stewed or red braised beef, beef broth, vegetables and Chinese noodles. 6 Elements is a Taiwanese-owned New York based restaurant specializes in beef noodle soup. Located in Chelsea Market, the site has been full of energy of hustle and bustle. The name of the restaurant is inspired by the 6 main elements that complete the dish.
When having beef noodle soup, one will experience the richness of ingredients including beef, noodle, vegetable, green onion, white carrot, and soup. Although each element has its own characteristics, when they are contained in one bowl, they tend to influence each other’s flavor, shape, and color. This is also similar to the experience of having a beef noodle soup since all ingredients are merged together that one will taste all things in one bite. When dining in 6, the customers will not only be exposed to different materials, textures and geometric shapes, but experience the interior of 6 as a whole at once.
