This project is a multi-stage renovation of an 11-unit 1902 tenement building in Manhattan's Lower East Side. Starting with individual apartment interiors, including the combination of two apartments into one, we have provided design work for common spaces and several other apartments.  Working closely with the owner, we have found ways to maintain the building's historical charm while projecting a fresh, modern aesthetic in the interior design.
