This project is sponsored by the New York City department of Housing, Preservation and Development ( HPD ) under their New Infill Homeownership Opportunities Program (NIHOP) which HPD uses to transform formerly underutilized City-owned land into affordable homes for moderate and middle-income New Yorkers. This is a scatter site project consisting of 13 different sites, with a total 30 dwelling units covering 28,749 square feet. Nine (9) of the sites have two-family homes, and four (4) sites have three-family homes. The project will create 13 new homeownership opportunities and 17 new affordable rental units for moderate-income households.
