A new eight (8) story building with CMU bearing walls and concrete plank. The building consists of 93,792.00 square feet of floor area, including the cellar, that encompasses 123 dwelling units including a superintendent's unit. There are support services on the first floor and in the cellar. There is on-grade attendant parking for 40 vehicles. The grounds have been landscaped to provide exterior amenities to the tenants that include a paved seating are with benches, game tables and a shaded area with trellises. The building is served by two elevators, a trash chute, and an interior tenant’s bicycle storage area. On the first floor is a tenant laundry room, community room, and a computer resource center with a library. This is a supportive housing project sponsored by HPD and HHAC.
