This 562-stall parking structure serves the people at the Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and PQNK endeavored to make parking a delightful experience. The design team sought to overcome challenges that plague parking structures: mundane visual impact on neighbors and difficulty keeping the facility fresh. To do so, we designed vertical and horizontal exterior louvers to animate the facades. The louvers allow people to play with light and shadows and bring natural light and air inside.
