Fully exposed to major roads, this apartment building seeks for a key strategy to provide a cozy living environment and a curb appeal at the same time. The strategy is vertically programming the building in two distinct layers while providing visual attractiveness and efficiency at every corner. The bottom layer attracts pedestrians with its open space and a recreational room in which large glass windows provide a sufficient lighting and a modern look. The top layer is composed of five stories with a roof deck, offering social space and great view to the residents.
