In the center of the historical area of the city is located this palace that was totally degraded with the danger of  collapse. The first work was the consolidation of the entire structure, the creation of a new ceiling trought chestnut wood trusses specially designed. The whole architecture has a residential function trougt third levels connected from the first until the roof trough a transparent elevator.. The first floor has a rapresentative function with a great living related by service spaces. The second and third level organize some differents suites and the roof is opened in the center trought a solarium. The interiors are related with a mix of ancient and contemporany signs.
