The project of 5 towers varying between the 16 and 37 storeys levels comprises private residential accommodations, a hotel, a cinema and a series of Food and Beverage units.
engineeria was brought as high-rise specialist to review the current building performance, remodel the structural using specialist Finite Element software. 

engineeria assisted the team with developing and delivering a structurally optimised solution, and improve the performance of structure so it works above 80% of its capacity. engineeria’s role also included reviewing the cost report, and review the structural element cost and omit all unnecessary structure that were indicated to bring the cost back on track.
