Envisioned as a multiuse housing project that combines residential units with commercial and recreational spaces within a continuous form. Its continuity is achieved by designing open terraces on its voids to create the illusion of a continuous formal outline. Every four floors emerges an elevated terrace in order to increase vertically the private and public spaces within the site.
