Interior design of an 18 story, 192 unit new construction residential building. Materials to play the starring role in this project, from the impressive double-story brick feature wall, to the back-lit metal mesh grid behind the unique reception desk, comprised of a concrete block contained within a raw steel cage.
Unexpected use of geometric shapes is another theme utilized
through oversized triangle pattern vinyl flooring in the gym, custom
reclaimed wood and antique mirror polygon feature wall in the lounge,
and large elongated hexagon tiles in apartment bathrooms, which
also feature teardrop shaped vanity mirrors. Crisp silhouettes at
apartment millwork play off the convention of distressed industrial
modern, and make for interiors with distinctive style.
