Increasing the density on a sloped lot, in a neighborhood pocket of Los Angeles, with a 6 unit small lot subdivision. Four upper units share a private driveway and the two back units are sited at the lowest elevation with vehicular access off the alley. Each unit is 2,000sf with a large deck on the 4th floor. This entire project utilizes the same material pallet to create a unified facade. The front two units visually read as one to more closely blend into the context of the neighborhood.
