Tiny House development sited on the outskirts of a state park and within minutes of all types of outdoor activities, yet still within commuting distance for city work. This proposal was to bring a new building archetype to the greater Los Angeles area. Providing 800sf homes with small yards, in a mid-century modern design aimed at a younger generation. These spacious, 2 bedroom buildings have high ceilings and large glass openings to take in the surrounding views.
